All orders are packed and shipped from Pambula, NSW. We normally process and dispatch all orders with 3 days of being placed if the item is in stock. Should the item not be in stock we will email you within 24-48 hours. We cannot not take responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen or delayed through the postal system.

Refunds will be processed once we have received the item undamaged and in its original packaging.
All returns must be sent with a tracking number. Luna Rose will not be held responsible for any loss or damage occurred in transit.
You can exchange or refund any undamaged product purchased from us as long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within 15 days of purchase.
If undamaged goods are returned to us for exchange/refund, we do not refund any packing and postage charges.Please get in touch via our Contact Page
Although rare, we agree to reimburse or exchange any product delivered to you that arrives in a faulty or damaged condition, or is not as described on our website. If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
We work as quickly as possible to process and fulfill your orders and get your jewelry to you as quickly as we can. Due to courier limitations, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been shipped. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order please contact us right away at info@lunarose.com.au at the time of placing your order.
In order to return your product, you must notify us through our contact page we will then email you within 48 hours with instructions for returning your item. Items returned to us MUST be deemed by us to be in their original condition and packaging before a refund will be issued.
